Early Check: Expanded Screening in Newborns
Early Check provides voluntary screening of newborns for a selected panel of conditions. The study has three main objectives: 1) develop and implement an approach to identify affected infants, 2) address the impact on infants and families who screen positive, and 3) evaluate the Early Check program. The Early Check screening will lead to earlier identification of newborns with rare health conditions in addition to providing important data on the implementation of this model program. Parent and Infant Inter(X)Action Intervention (PIXI)
The objective is to develop and test, through an iterative process, an intervention to address and support the development of infants with a confirmed diagnosis of a neurogenetic disorder with associated developmental delays or intellectual and developmental disabilities. Reproductive Options in Inherited Skin Diseases
The goal of this observational study is to learn about the indications for prenatal diagnostics and preimplantation genetic testing for patients/couples affected by an inherited skin disease, and evaluate the clinical outcomes of these reproductive options. By providing a complete overview, the investigators aim to improve reproductive counselling for these patients/couples with a desire to have children. To achieve this, the investigators aim to retrospectively collect data from a cohort of patiens/couples affected by an inherited skin disease on a national level (in the Netherlands) and also an international level from various countries in Europe.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy in Tuberous Sclerosis Complex
The study will assess the acceptability and feasibility of a randomised controlled trial of 6-12 sessions of remotely-delivered Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) versus waitlist control. Waitlist control will involve a delay in the offer of ACT sessions for 12 weeks. Participants may access all services as usual in this time. Follow-up assessments will be conducted at 12-, 24 and 48 weeks post-randomisation to measure effectiveness.

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Intellectual Disability (ID) Determinants in Tuberous Sclerosis Complex (TSC)
The purpose of this study is to characterize the developmental phenotype of ASD and ID and to identify biomarkers using advanced MRI methodology and electrophysiological biomarkers of synaptic function and connectivity predictive of ASD and ID presence and severity in patients with TSC. In addition, this study will be establishing infrastructure for the collection and storage of human bio-specimens, including genetic material, from TSC patients and their family members with ASD.

Bevacizumab and Temsirolimus Alone or in Combination with Valproic Acid or Cetuximab in Treating Patients with Advanced or Metastatic Malignancy or Other Benign Disease
This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of bevacizumab and temsirolimus alone or in combination with valproic acid or cetuximab in treating patients with a malignancy that has spread to other places in the body or other disease that is not cancerous. Immunotherapy with bevacizumab and cetuximab, may induce changes in body's immune system and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Temsirolimus may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Background: Lymphangioleiomyomatosis (LAM) is a rare, progressive disease. It usually affects women in the prime of their lives. It typically results in lung destruction. Studies have shown that a drug called sirolimus stabilizes lung function in people with LAM. But researchers do not know what drug dose and blood serum levels are needed to reach this stability. Researchers want to learn more about the right dose of sirolimus for people with LAM.
